How It Works

A structured, five-step workflow designed around how emergency clinicians actually learn and retain information.

1. Choose a topic

Build a custom quiz from any of the 20 clinical categories — cardiology, trauma, toxicology, and more — or start with one of five structured exam sets.

2. Answer clinically focused questions

Every question is written as a realistic clinical scenario that tests recognition, prioritization, and the most appropriate next step — the same way board exams (and real shifts) test you.

3. Study detailed rationales

See exactly why the correct answer is correct, and — just as important — why every other answer choice is wrong.

4. Identify weak areas

Your performance dashboard tracks accuracy by topic so you always know where to focus your remaining study time.

5. Take simulated exams

When you're ready, move to timed Exam Mode across five exam sets to build stamina and pacing for board day.

Review and repeat

Build custom quizzes from your incorrect or flagged questions until every weak area becomes a strength.

Tutor Mode

Answer one question at a time and see the full rationale — correct answer, incorrect answer explanations, and clinical pearl — immediately after submitting. Ideal for building understanding.

Exam Mode

Work through a full set of questions under a timer with no rationale shown until you submit the exam. Review flagged and unanswered questions before final submission, then see a detailed results report.
